The short answer is no.If you have an operatory that you are not going to use for the extended future, we recommend purging the waterlines to get them as dry as possible before discontinuing use. Before using the operatory again, shock the operatory with Diluted Bleach or Liquid Ultra and then testing to verify the waterlines are safe for patient use.Unsure on if you need to shock your operatory or not?
