Privacy Policy for ProEdge Dental

Effective date: August 10, 2026

ProEdge Dental Compliance Labs (“ProEdge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, proedgedental.com, and to the ProEdge Clear compliance platform.

The short version

  • We collect the information you choose to give us — through forms, chat, order requests, and your Clear account — plus standard website usage data.
  • We never collect payment card information on this website. Order requests are fulfilled through your dental supplier or our team, and any payment happens outside this site.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing support@proedgedental.com.

Text messaging (SMS)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Information you give us

  • Contact, demo, and support forms: your name, email address, phone number, role, and practice name and address.
  • Order requests: the products and quantities you select, your practice information, and the dental supplier you choose. We do not collect credit card or other payment details on this website.
  • Live chat: the messages you send through our chat widget and the contact details you share there.
  • Email updates: your email address, when you sign up for our newsletter or educational content.
  • Webinars and events: your registration details when you sign up for a webinar or event.
  • Job applications: the information you submit when applying for a role, which is collected through our recruiting provider.
  • ProEdge Clear accounts: your name, email address, practice details, and your practice’s compliance records — waterline and spore test results, treatment logs, and related documents. Clear stores practice compliance data; it is not designed or intended to collect patient health information.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how long you spend on them. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions, requests, and support needs.
  • To fulfill order requests, including sharing your request with the dental supplier you select or with our sales team.
  • To operate the Clear platform — storing your test results and compliance records, sending reminders, and managing auto-ship preferences.
  • To send you marketing and educational emails you have opted into. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To understand how our website is used so we can improve it and our products.
  • To protect the security of our services and to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and tracking

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks for your consent before non-essential cookies are set. The categories we use are:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website to function, including remembering your cookie choices.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Marketing cookies — HubSpot, which connects your form submissions and site activity to our customer relationship system.
  • Embedded content — videos on our site are hosted by YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you watch them.

You can change your cookie choices at any time through the cookie settings banner or your browser settings. Because there is no industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, our website does not respond to them — please use the cookie banner to control tracking.

Who we share your information with

We share personal information only as described here:

  • Service providers that operate parts of our website and business on our behalf: HubSpot (forms, email, and customer management), Google Analytics (website analytics), Tidio (live chat), CookieYes (cookie consent), Webflow (website hosting and form handling), Zoom (webinars), Typeform (surveys and forms), and Paylocity (job applications). Each receives only what it needs to provide its service.
  • Your dental supplier: when you submit an order request and select a supplier, we share that request with the supplier (or with our sales team) so it can be fulfilled.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of ProEdge, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: if ProEdge is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices and rights

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to opt out.
  • Cookies: use the cookie settings banner on our website.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: email support@proedgedental.com to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. This includes rights provided by state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Clear accounts: account holders can contact us to export or delete their account data.

How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described above: contact and marketing records for as long as we have an active relationship with you or your practice, and Clear compliance records for as long as your account needs them — many practices retain compliance records to meet their own regulatory requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for dental professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will make that clear on our website or notify you by email.
