What does onboarding with ProEdge look like?
The goal of onboarding is to get you access to the answers and resources you need as efficiently and effectively as possible. We do this in stages. First, we host an initial discovery meeting and establish a baseline for your organization. Next, we determine a protocol aligned with your goals and compliance standards. Then, we will help to develop and execute effective training for each of your offices. Finally, we transition into a monitored phase where we help continue the momentum from launch.
We meet you where you are in your infection prevention journey and handle all waterline maintenance training, follow-ups with individual offices on water test results, and drive remediation for increased compliance.
